ok so it was probably the rod bearings that had failed, well the #1 cylinder bearing. because of this the #1 piston was hitting the head and that caused the knock sensor read extremely loud piston slap sound. in the end the head gasket blew and now the engine is pretty dead with 200 miles on it. im probably going for a st205 engine swap
